  • Workforce Data: Worker names, nationalities, passport numbers, PLKS (Permit Kerja Sementara) details, insurance information, and ePass data uploaded for OCR processing.
  • Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, and interaction logs with our platform.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our AI-powered compliance services.
  • To automate permit tracking, expiry alerts, and process document OCR.
  • To send automated notifications via email and WhatsApp.
  • To comply with legal obligations and regulatory frameworks in Malaysia.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers (such as WhatsApp Business API providers and secure cloud hosting services) necessary to run our platform, or when required by Malaysian law (e.g., PDPA 2010).
