Account Responsibilities

  • Employers are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents, approvals and authorisations required under applicable laws before uploading or processing workers’ personal data through WorkGuard.
  • Employers are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your workforce.
  • You must ensure you have obtained the necessary consent from your workers before uploading their personal documents to WorkGuard.

Subscription and Fees

  • Subscription fees shall be charged in accordance with the selected subscription plan and billing cycle.
  • Additional services, workforce capacity upgrades or usage beyond the subscribed package may be subject to additional charges.
  • All fees paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • Fees are billed monthly based on your selected plan (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise).
  • Additional usage beyond your plan limits (e.g., AI credits or WhatsApp messages) may incur extra charges.
  • All fees paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

WorkGuard is an AI-powered workforce compliance and governance platform designed to assist employers in managing workforce compliance obligations. While the Platform provides automated monitoring, alerts and compliance insights, employers remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and governmental requirements. WorkGuard does not guarantee compliance and shall not be liable for any regulatory action, penalty, fine, loss or damage arising from the employer’s failure to comply with such obligations.
